Envisioning business evolution through continuous innovation and quality excellence, we, E.G. Kantawalla Pvt. Ltd., started our operations as a retail outlet way back in the year 1918. Founded by Essaji Gulhamhusain Kantawalla, at that time we traded in all types of weighing scales imported from England, France and Germany. It was only in the year 1987 that we forayed into the electronic weighing scale segment. On 3rd September 1987, we attained a business landmark when the first EAGLE electronic digital weighing scale was installed at Sun Yarn Pvt. Limited, Silvassa. Since then there has been no looking back. With our systematic approach towards product quality, we have until now installed more than 1 Million industrial weighing scales, with capacities ranging from 0.01 mg up to 200 Tons.

In the year 1993, the partnership company was incorporated under the Indian Companies Act and we came to be known as E.G. Kantawalla Pvt. Ltd. From our modest beginning, today we have emerged as one of the most trusted Industrial weighing, Retail weighing and customised weighing solutions provider in India. Our expertise is in providing weighing solutions for Analytical Weighing, Precision Weighing, Retail Weighing, Industrial Weighing, Weighbridges etc., and we can offer a complete weighing range from 0.1 mg to 120 tons to cater to any form of weighing requirement.

Company Divisions

A well-knit setup backed by expertise of competent professionals is what helps E.G. Kantawalla Pvt. Ltd. meet growing demands of its large customer base. The company today comprises of four major divisions:

Dealer Division: This division is engaged in providing weights and measure dealers with a cost effective and reliable product ranging from 0.01 g to 10,000 kg.

Industrial Weighing Division: This division engages in manufacturing/importing of electronic weighing scales for industrial weighing scales as small as 0.01 mg to heavy articles weighing upto 100 Metric Tons.

Weigh Bridge Division: This division engineers road weigh bridges from 20 To 200 Metric Tons. Platform sizes available up to 24m x 3m.

Customer Support Division: This division is manned by a team of dedicated and well trained engineers who are entrusted with the responsibility of providing solutions to any problems customers may face, i.e., offering complete user support.
